Today I changed my last name.  N and I have been married almost 6 years, and I wanted to get it done before Sofie was born.  It was important to me that all 3 of us have the same last name, so I did it for her

I knew that I was dragging my feet a little bit, but I didn’t realize how much it would really make me sad to change my name.  It’s a little silly, because nothing has changed, I’m still the same person… but I’m not really.
